In February 2020, Insight Scientific officially set up the project of fully automatic N95 mask machine, and mobilized all the strength of the company and all the superior resources to fully promote the project schedule. From the organization of raw materials to prototype development, to the assembly, finally to the installation and debugging of the equipment, it only took us 21 days which demonstrated the "hardcore" fighting capacity of Insight Scientific.
The fully automatic N95 mask production machine features ultrasonic welding technology, flexible mechanical design, stable and reliable operation system. A machine can produce 45 pieces of N95 medical masks every minute. One person can supervise 6-8 machines easily. The prototype met all the design requirements with high performance and the mass production has been carried out.
Besides domestic customers filed up in our factory, Insight Scientific has received orders from European countries. With quick improvement of production and supply chain, our capacity reached to 120 sets a month.
