Recently, Insight Scientific has completed the FAT of the first 46 series large cylindrical battery Sorting & Inspection line in China, which will be delivered to customer in the near future.
This is the Lithium-ion’s first 46 series large cylindrical automatic production line in China, most likely around the world. With its comprehensive strength in machine vision, precision control, complex mechanism design and production line integration capabilities, Insight Scientific successfully completed the design, assembly and debugging of the line in less than 3 months. Of course, this is based on the accumulation of years of experience in the field of lithium battery visual inspection, lithium battery rear 30-meter automation lines, and concentrates on the results achieved by Insight Scientific in the previous 18,26, 32 and other series of small cylindrical products. The smooth commissioning of this automatic line has won high praise from customers.
The line operates at a capacity of 150ppm, and this design can meet a speed of 180ppm. Its functions include cell height and diameter measurement, with accuracy of 0.01mm, weighing repeatability of 0.5g, top and bottom and cylindrical surfaces defect detection, sorting system with 8 gears. The whole line is 18.8m long, 7.5m wide and 2.7m high, which is the first mass production line of 46 series large cylinders in China.
