The full-automatic probe assembly Machine

Before it appears, man and woman put hours and hours, siting in front of a microscope, eyes with anti-glare glasses staring at those tiny parts, use micro tweezer carefully pick up one part and try to insert in a golden tiny tube, failed, try again, failed too. Usually they fail 2-3 times before they can successfully insert a tiny spare part into another. It's not hard to imagine the poor speed and yield. That's the production process of ultra thin spring probe before. From the picture below, one would know why it was so hard and painful to fulfill this kind of work.

Feed the incoming parts from one side, you get finished and quality checked spring probe with a speed of UPH 720.
